I'm back & running!!
Oh, why Hello Life. Where did you go? 2012 was an action packed year and I didn’t even have time to slow down for any of it…Now that 2013 has me moving at a lot slower pace here’s my quick version of 2012 so that I can stay in chronological order and running smoothly in my brain.
JANUARY
After spending a week on the ski Hill at Wolf Creek Colorado with my family we packed the car with as much stuff as could fit & headed for Texas. We spent a few days in Texas where Mike interviewed with different Residency programs. Once finished there it was Miami or bust! We knew it was our last chance for soaking up anything Florida so we rented an apartment across from the beach and began living it up! We made many trips to the keys. Checked off a few new things from our “to do while in Florida” list and did and re-did all the things we love and knew we’d miss. Mike started back with his last semester, which was the easiest and most laid back semester by far. He had lots of time off, which was great for all of us! January Mike was able to take Cash Monestine through the temple in preparation for his mission to New York, New York. Cash’s Mom is one of my best friends, don’t get me started with her because I can’t say enough good. She is SO amazing and for being a convert of only about (I’m losing track) maybe 5 years she has the strongest testimony and most amazing attitude. Love her to pieces! Also in January I got to work on the Romney campaign. Thanks to Jake who was working in Boston on the “real” campaign, one of his coworkers needed volunteers in Florida. It was something new for me and a fun/interesting experience.
I love this picture! It is a typical beautiful day at the temple and well, the sun is so bright that my dark friends are just silhouettes! They would laugh (:
FEBRUARY
February was the month when I thought things would be so relaxed and I’d have nothing to do but sit on the beach and play. Why, Hello Young Women! I felt so incredibly busy with everything pertaining to Young Women’s. New beginnings, YW camp prep and fundraisers. It seemed to be my life for the first little bit. It was a wonderful presidency and I learned so much that I’d never trade any of those busy times. It was so good for me.
Well, there you have the first installment of many...just didn't want everything to be too overwhelming! Plus everything with Blogger has changed and I don't know what I'm doing (:

Britt, I've been wondering about you guys. 4th year was so crazy huh? But we loved every minute of it. It looks like you guys might have loved it a little more than us you lucky dogs, living in Florida! Oh and you look so stinkin cute, and your hair is so long now! How is Mike liking his residency? Is he very busy?
Oh and that was from me, Cin, not Hadley. :)
I was just thinking about you today and wondering if you'd fallen off the face of the earth! So glad to see that's not the case! Hope everything's going well with you and your sweet family, we miss you!
